This workshop series is an empowering journey through stories, games and performance. Through participating in drama people explore emotions and experiences, connecting with their true selves and inner voice. Performing builds confidence in people and increases self esteem. During these therapeutic workshops people will work individually and as a team, guided by the facilitator, towards a performance that speaks from the soul.     

This workshop series includes one performance at a local theatre.
